How Does the Mom Metabolism Solution Work?

PHASE ONE:
Balance

This foundational stage targets your hormones and metabolism. It focuses on stabilizing blood sugar, reducing stress and inflammation, and restoring hormonal harmony. All of these factors are essential for weight loss, especially for moms over 30.

This is what most weight loss programs completely miss!

  • The program is 4 months, or 16 weeks, in duration. You are not able to shorten the program, but you can continue on with Your Best Self with Ky once the program is complete.

  • 1 - 2 sets of dumbbells are required. As you move through the program, you will likely need heavier dumbbells as you become the stronger, better version of yourself!

  • Intuitive eating means steering away from diet culture and listening to your body to find what works best for you. Throughout the program we empower our clients to find a way to eat healthy, whole foods without obsessing over everything you eat. Here you will learn what macros truly are, and how they play a role in providing our body with the energy required to live a happy, healthy life!

  • The Mom Metabolism Solution does not use meal plans; instead we educate clients on how to build a balanced plate and create healthy eating habits that set them up for long term success. This also helps ensure moms aren't cooking separate meals for their family.
